Co-Founder & President
Stephanie Fullerton’s passion for helping others has been the driving force behind her career and the foundation of Fullerton Financial Planning, which she co-founded alongside her husband, Steve, in 2004. Motivated by a life-changing event that underscored the importance of family, community, and financial security, Stephanie pivoted from being a stay-at-home mom and church ministry leader to becoming an advocate for retirees and pre-retirees across Arizona.
Stephanie is a hands-on financial advisor who speaks weekly on retirement topics across Phoenix radio and television. She shares retirement-planning insights weekly on the Fullerton Financial Hour radio show, aired on KFYI 550 AM, and the corresponding television program on CBS Channel 5 and NBC Channel 12. Her approachable style shapes how she explains retirement planning — on air, on television, and in the book she co-authored. In addition, Stephanie and Steve recently co-authored their latest book, Financial Literacy in Retirement: An Insider’s Guide to Living Well, Investing Wisely, and Making Your Money LAST, further cementing their role as experienced guides for those navigating retirement.
At the core of Stephanie’s work is a desire to build long-lasting relationships. She takes the time to get to know her clients, learning about their dreams, values, and goals to create customized financial plans that reflect their unique needs. Her goal is to provide sound financial advice and a clear plan to help her clients enjoy their retirement.
Outside the office, Stephanie remains deeply involved in her community. She participates in local charitable efforts and continues her lifelong commitment to service through her church. Together with Steve, their children, and grandchildren, she enjoys spending time laughing, playing games, and making memories—values that guide her in her professional and personal life.
