Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Fullerton Financial Planning ("FFP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit fullertonfp.com (the "Site") or submit information through the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to Site visitors and to information collected through the Site. It is incorporated into, and subject to, the Site's Terms of Use.

If you are an investment advisory client or prospective advisory client, the handling of your nonpublic personal information in connection with advisory services is governed by the privacy policy notice of our affiliated SEC-registered investment adviser, Kingdom Financial Group, LLC ("KFG"), which is delivered to clients and available upon request. This Privacy Policy governs the Site; the KFG notice governs the advisory relationship. In the event of a conflict with respect to advisory-client information, the KFG notice controls.

Who We Are

The Site is operated by Fullerton Financial Planning, an insurance and retirement planning firm based in Peoria, Arizona. Investment advisory services are offered through KFG, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Tax services are offered through Fullerton Tax Services, LLC ("FTS"). FFP, KFG, and FTS are affiliated entities (together, the "Fullerton Companies").

Your Acknowledgement

The Site is intended for use only by individuals over the age of 18 who are accessing the Site from inside the United States. By using the Site or submitting any information to us, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18, are in the United States, and consent to our collection, use, and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit a form on the Site — for example, to schedule a meeting, contact us, or refer someone you know — we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

Your name, email address, and phone number;
The name, phone number, and email address of a person you refer to us;
The topics you are interested in, how you heard about us, and any message or question you include.

You are not required to provide information to browse the Site. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information through Site forms.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, access dates and times, approximate geographic location, and the referring website address. Information about referrals

If you submit a referral, you represent that you have a relationship with the person you are referring and a good-faith basis to believe they would welcome our contact. We use referral information solely to reach out to the referred person as described on the referral page.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and schedule the meetings you request;
Contact you, and persons you refer, about our services (see "Your Consent to Be Contacted" below);
Personalize our communications with you;
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
Measure the performance of the Site and of our marketing;
Prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Site;
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations and enforce our agreements.

By submitting a form that includes your telephone number or email address, you expressly consent to be contacted by the Fullerton Companies at the contact points you provide — including by phone, email, and text message — regarding your inquiry and our services. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of purchasing any good or service. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

You may opt out of further marketing contact at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email, replying STOP to any text message, or contacting us using the information in the Contact section below. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an opt-out request. We may still send you non-marketing, administrative communications as permitted by law.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies operated by us and by third-party service providers:

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as pages visited, time on Site, and approximate location, and processes it on our behalf. Call tracking. The Site uses call-tracking technology that may display different telephone numbers to different visitors and, when you call a displayed number, may collect information about the call (such as the number you called from, and the date, time, and duration of the call) to help us understand which marketing channels lead to calls. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality purposes where permitted by law; where required, you will be notified before recording begins.
Tag management. Google Tag Manager is used to deploy the technologies above and similar measurement tags.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking new ones. If you disable cookies, parts of the Site will continue to function, though our measurement of Site performance will be affected. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals; if our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only:

Among the Fullerton Companies, to respond to your inquiry and provide services;
With service providers that perform functions on our behalf — such as website hosting, content management, analytics, call tracking, scheduling, and customer relationship management — under obligations to use the information only to provide services to us;
For legal reasons, if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other judicial or administrative order, or is appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Fullerton Companies, our clients, or others, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to cooperate with regulatory or law-enforcement authorities;
In a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or successor terms.

How We Protect Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information under our control against loss, misuse, and alteration, and we restrict access to personal information to personnel who need it to perform their duties. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident involving your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law. If you believe the security of the Site has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the information in the Contact section below.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws with respect to your personal information — such as the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, or to opt out of certain uses. We honor rights requests as required by the laws that apply to us and to you. To make a request, contact us using the information in the Contact section below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

Advisory clients and consumers of KFG also have rights under federal financial privacy law, including the right to limit certain sharing of nonpublic personal information, as described in the KFG privacy policy notice.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (and in no event from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Websites

The Site contains links to websites operated by third parties — including our client portal and secure file transfer providers and social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
