Joshua Becker
Chief Operation Officer
Joshua Becker brings a passion for entrepreneurship and small business to his role as Chief Operations Officer at Fullerton Financial. Before joining the company, Joshua served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for a publicly traded, national specialty retailer, where he worked alongside small business owners across the country to prepare their companies for successful transitions.
Growing up in Africa as the son of U.S. missionaries, Joshua spent his childhood in Kenya and Zambia, experiences that have shaped his global perspective. His professional journey began in private wealth management in Phoenix, AZ, before he launched his own firm in 2012.
Today, Joshua serves as a Director for several companies, organizations, and startups both in Phoenix and Africa. He also sits on the Board of Trustees for Northrise University, the first private university in Zambia. His insights on entrepreneurship and investment policy have been featured in publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, CNBC Africa, Africa Insider, and Oxford. In recognition of his achievements, Joshua was named to the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2020.
Joshua holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is Series 65 securities licensed. His global adventures have taken him to 43 countries, and he speaks four languages. When he’s not scuba diving or traveling, he enjoys spending time in Phoenix with his wife Alex and their four children.
