Lead Advisor
Doug spent 20 years as a sales consultant working with large Wall Street firms, gaining firsthand insight into how financial institutions approach markets, risk, and client relationships. His career gave him a deep understanding of the financial services industry, but it also shaped his perspective on what matters most when helping individuals and families plan for their future.
Over time, Doug came to believe that meaningful financial planning goes far beyond individual transactions or products. The decisions people make about their money are closely connected to the lives they want to build, the people they care about, and the challenges they may encounter along the way. That perspective ultimately led him to Fullerton Financial Planning, where he found an approach centered on understanding each client and building a strategy around their individual goals and priorities.
Today, Doug brings his decades of industry experience to families looking for greater clarity around their financial future. His approach is grounded in honest conversation, thoughtful planning, and helping clients understand the decisions in front of them. He believes a strong financial plan should reflect where someone is today while remaining flexible enough to adapt as their life, needs, and goals change. For Doug, the most meaningful part of his work is building lasting relationships and helping clients pursue what matters most to them with greater confidence and a clear sense of direction.
That focus on relationships extends beyond his work. Originally from New Jersey, Doug is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has built his life in Arizona with his wife, Christy, and their three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth basketball and flag football, and staying involved in his local community.
