Estate Planner
Cindy Montana is dedicated to helping families secure their futures and ensure their wishes are honored through thoughtful, comprehensive estate planning. With over 35 years of experience, Cindy understands that proper planning offers more than just legal protection—it gives her clients a clear, documented plan for their families. Her mission is to help families avoid the costly, stressful, and time-consuming probate process so they can focus on celebrating life and leaving a meaningful legacy.
As a Certified Arizona Supreme Court Legal Document Preparer, Cindy brings both technical skill and a client-centered approach. She tailors each plan to the unique goals and needs of the family, ensuring they understand their options and feel empowered to make informed decisions. Her clients appreciate her compassionate style, open communication, and ability to create a safe space for sensitive discussions about assets, family dynamics, and long-term wishes.
Cindy’s professional background is extensive—she has held licenses as both an Arizona Real Estate Broker and General Contractor for 30 years, which deepened her experience with contract law. She is an active member of the Maricopa County Bar Association – Paralegal Division, the Arizona Paralegal Association, and the Arizona Association of Independent Paralegals.
At Fullerton Financial Planning, Cindy values the collaborative, mission-driven culture that prioritizes both teamwork and client satisfaction. She loves building lasting relationships with clients, helping families feel more prepared through the planning process, and knowing their loved ones will be cared for.
Outside of her professional work, Cindy’s life is deeply rooted in service and faith. For over 25 years, she served as an Elder at Copper Hills Community Church, where she has also led weekly Bible studies since 2000. She managed the construction of all three phases of the church building, teaches a twice-yearly “Starting Point” class for those exploring faith, and has long been a trusted mentor in her community.
Whether she’s guiding a family through the intricacies of estate planning or creating a warm, welcoming environment to discuss life’s biggest questions, Cindy’s focus remains the same—providing care, clarity, and confidence for every client she serves.
