Disclaimer

Effective as of July 1, 2025, Fullerton Financial Planning and Kingdom Financial Group, LLC (together “Fullerton Financial”) and Grand Canyon University (GCU) entered into an agreement wherein Fullerton Financial is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including use of the designations “Official Wealth Management Partner of Grand Canyon University”, “Community Partner of Grand Canyon University”, and “Proud Partner of Grand Canyon Athletics”, and other GCU trademarks for use in Fullerton Financial marketing. In connection therewith Fullerton Financial may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on GCU websites, advertisements at GCU sporting events, and promotional events of GCU. As consideration for this arrangement and the aforementioned benefits, Fullerton Financial is obligated to pay GCU, per the terms of such arrangement, a fee until 2030. This fee will be $200,000 per year paid in 2026 and 2027, increasing to $300,000 per year in 2028.
