Jacob Adams
Lead Advisor
Jacob Adams is a Lead Financial Advisor who is deeply committed to helping individuals and families feel confident, prepared, and informed about their financial future—especially in retirement. His passion for this work is rooted in personal experience. After the loss of his grandfather, Jacob sat down with his grandmother to review her finances and ensure she would be financially secure for the rest of her life. While she was blessed by thoughtful planning already in place, the experience left a lasting impression. Jacob saw firsthand how overwhelming retirement can feel without guidance—and he knew no one should spend a lifetime working only to feel uncertain in their later years.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Russian, as well as an MBA with an emphasis in Finance. Jacob has held his Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and brings a strong analytical foundation to his work, paired with an approachable, relationship-driven style.
Jacob’s philosophy is centered on clarity and confidence. His goal is to clearly explain the planning process, walk clients through their options, and ensure they truly understand what their future looks like. He believes that peace of mind comes from knowing where you stand and having a plan you can trust—regardless of asset size.
At Fullerton Financial, Jacob values the strong culture of collaboration, shared goals, and a clear roadmap for success. He believes that alignment within the team leads to better outcomes for clients, and he’s proud to be part of a firm that prioritizes both excellence and relationships.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, western horseback riding, boating, and playing basketball. As one of seven siblings, relationships have always been central to his life—and that same connection-driven mindset carries into his work with clients. He’s also actively involved in his church and helps plan quarterly events through his neighborhood events committee.
For Jacob, financial advising is about people first. By building genuine relationships and truly understanding what matters most to his clients, he helps them move forward with confidence—knowing their retirement plan is built to support the life they’ve worked so hard to create.
