Client Service Specialist

Daily Duties:

  1. Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner
  2. Record notes from every client conversation in the database
  3. Complete and process policy changes; beneficiary, name or address changes
  4. Assist in preparing appropriate client files for each new account
  5. Assist in processing client service work
  6. Assist with additional client contributions to appropriate account
  7. Assist with client allocations, RMD’s and W/D’s
  8. Update database to reflect account status regarding account service or new business
  9. Assist with faxing policy delivery receipts

Weekly Duties:

  1. Follow-up on pending service work and call each individual client with an update
  2. Prepare annual review spreadsheets

Monthly Duties:

  1. Assist with client service work in progress
  2. Review database to ensure client records are up-to-date

Quarterly Duties:

  1. Assist with client service work in progress

As Needed Duties:

  1. Manage RMDs for all qualified client accounts
  2. Process change paperwork

  • Operate with a proactive approach when dealing with advisor and clients

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of computers and software
  • Not adverse to change
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
